With over 25 years’ experience across business and community settings, Kelly has worked alongside individuals facing high-pressure environments, significant life changes, and complex personal challenges. Her approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, and grounded in real-world understanding.
Kelly is known for creating a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and not judged. She works collaboratively with each person to make sense of what’s going on, build practical strategies, and move forward in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.
